The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Capitalised terms not defined in this section shall have the meanings assigned to them elsewhere in these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Account Registration
To access the full services of the fb998 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register an Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:
3.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Players who are under 18 are strictly prohibited from using fb998. fb998 will terminate any Account where the registered Player is found to be under 18 and will report the matter to appropriate parties where required.

3.2 Registration Information

You must update your registration information promptly if it changes. fb998 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (National ID, birth certificate, passport, or utility bill) to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.
3.3 One Account Rule
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on fb998 at any time. The following are all considered violations of the One Account Rule: registering multiple Accounts under different names; using another person's identity to open an Account; registering a second Account following voluntary or involuntary closure of a first Account without explicit written permission from fb998. fb998 may apply negative balance netting across duplicate Accounts and will confiscate any winnings generated through a duplicate Account.
3.4 Account Credentials
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fb998 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you unless you notify fb998 immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
fb998 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fb998 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is ৳500.
- The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
- There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by fb998, though your payment provider's own transaction limits apply.
- Deposits are credited to your fb998 Account balance within 60 seconds in most cases for mobile wallet transactions.
- fb998 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are separate and are not controlled by fb998.
- The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name matching your fb998 Account name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes for KYC-verified Accounts during normal operating hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours, subject to the receiving bank's cut-off schedule.
- fb998 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns suggest unusual behaviour.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the fb998 Account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.
- fb998 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside fb998's control.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
fb998 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. fb998 reserves the right to freeze an Account balance, delay a withdrawal, or report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds have been obtained unlawfully or that the Platform is being used to launder money. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without significant gambling activity is a pattern that will trigger investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
fb998 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual promotion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are awarded at fb998's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. fb998 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it determines that the promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in conjunction with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering Requirements for individual promotions will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds may coexist in your Account balance simultaneously. In such cases, real-money funds are used for wagers first, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable Wagering Requirements.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on fb998: creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in conjunction with prohibited betting patterns such as low-risk arbitrage strategies specifically designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay; colluding with other Players to pool bonus funds; and claiming promotions using false or altered personal information. 5.3 Promotional Calendar

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on fb998 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the fb998 sportsbook rules documentation. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market. The following general principles apply to all sports betting on fb998:

6.2 Casino Games

- Minor Access: Registering an Account while under 18 years of age; providing false date of birth information; allowing a minor to access your Account or use your credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by fb998
fb998 reserves the right to suspend access to your Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful use of the Platform; a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or other users; or a requirement to conduct additional KYC verification. During a suspension, your balance will be preserved and will not be accessible for wagering or withdrawal pending investigation. fb998 will endeavour to notify you of the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
8.2 Closure by fb998
fb998 reserves the right to permanently close your Account where: a material breach of these Terms is established; fraudulent or criminal conduct is confirmed; a self-exclusion request has been submitted and the exclusion period is set to permanent; the Player is identified as being under 18 years of age; or continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to fb998. Upon permanent closure for cause, fb998 may retain any balance in the Account pending investigation and may pursue recovery of funds owed to fb998 (e.g., in the case of unjustified chargebacks).
8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your fb998 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any available balance. fb998 will process a voluntary closure request within 5 business days. If your Account closure request is motivated by concerns that gambling is becoming a problem, fb998 strongly recommends activating the self-exclusion tool via your Account dashboard instead of, or in addition to, a closure request. Self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb998 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of business;

- Any loss resulting from the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond fb998's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or third-party platform outages).
fb998's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their fb998 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim, regardless of the legal basis (contract, tort, or otherwise) on which the claim is made.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fb998's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
Amendments to These Terms
fb998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any of the following reasons: changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance; changes to the Platform's features or services; corrections to errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms; and commercial or operational changes to the fb998 business.
Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — fb998 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to registered Players. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the meaning of a provision, or the addition of definitions for pre-existing concepts) may be made without notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
The version of these Terms in force at the time you place a bet or make a deposit is the version that governs that specific transaction. You should therefore review these Terms each time you use the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect and contact fb998 support to arrange withdrawal of your balance and closure of your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
